As KatKin's Growth Manager you'll test, learn and scale new marketing channels including SEO, Partnerships, Affiliates, and Events, plus support (and in time lead) existing proven channels. You'll report on channel performance and use data to inform and optimise their growth strategy.

What's the role?

Ownership includes:

Research, plan and launch new acquisition channels for testing to drive higher acquisition at lower CPA. Monitor performance and scale successful channels.
New channels to test and scale include (not exhaustive):
Partnerships and competitions
Affiliates, CPA deals and lead gen
Events
Refer a friend
Offline channels including radio & tv
Existing channels to optimise and grow include:
Insert swaps and paid inserts
SEO
PR
Work with our Head of Acquisition on existing digital channels (Facebook, PPC)
Own reporting and forecasting for your channels, working with our data analyst to create automated reports in Looker where possible
Work with the rest of the growth team and brand team to drive customer messaging, identifying customer segments and new opportunities
Work closely with the CX team to identify and solve customer pain points and use our marketing to improve the overall customer experience
Influence retention projects to drive higher lifetime value

Who are they looking for? ️

These are the essential requirements:

Proven success in launching, optimising and scaling new marketing channels in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive with a creative and curious mindset - you're always thinking of ways to drive continuous improvement and optimisations.
Impeccable verbal and written English skills - you will be the voice of the company!
Proficient in Excel, and very comfortable pulling, manipulating and interpreting data.

Experience with some aspects of SEO/Google organic
Experience using marketing platforms
Bachelor's Degree or strong relevant experience
