Job title: Primary and Secondary Subject Specialist Tutors
Location: Ealing
Pay: £25 - £28.50 per hour

Smart Teachers are looking to recruit qualified primary and secondary subject specialist teachers (with QTS) to work as Tutors, providing 1:1 and small group tuition sessions, both face-to-face and online via our Online Tuition Service platform, for pupils whose education has been most affected by school closures during the pandemic. Please only apply if you have QTS. All other applicants will be unsuccessful.

The role
We need qualified primary teachers (with QTS) to deliver Lessons to KS1 and KS2 students. Tutors will deliver multiple tuition blocks to different groups of students.

As part of this role, Tutors will be required to provide weekly student feedback to the school, covering areas such as attendance, engagement and progress. On completion of the tuition block, the tutor, pupil(s) and school will also complete an evaluation to help assess the impact of the tuition.

Requirements

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be primary or secondary subject specialists.
Have completed child protection, safeguarding and GDPR courses within the last 12 months before commencing any tutoring sessions. We can provide tutors with free access to these training courses if required.
