Are you a passionate Bid Writer? And looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Bid Writer to work with their very well-established client based in Enfield.

The successful Bid Writer will support the businesses Bid Manager in the completion and management of their tender process. Those that have experience in construction within a similar position are encouraged to apply.

Job specific requirements for the Bid Writer role:

Supporting the Bid Manager with the end-to-end bid process across service deliverables
Support Bid Manager in ensuring Bid Strategy is promoted
Reviewing bids prior to submission to ensure relevance, accuracy and professionalism
Assist the Bid manager with marketing projects and report on current trends and competitor activity
Build brand awareness through various media outlets.
Support the business with all marketing activities as required
Support the documentation of bid strategy
Maintaining the Bid Library
Assist with reviewing past successful and unsuccessful submissions, gather feedback and lessons learned to promote continuous improvement within the Bid Team.
Providing regular progress updates to the Bid Manager
Maintaining accurate records and creating actions plans for improvement
Support company marketing and social media campaignsPerson specification for the Bid Writer role:

Have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Have previous Bid writing experience or knowledge of the process
Tender/proposals experience within the construction industry
Have good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
Ability to work flexibly
Be a team player but also able to work on own initiative
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
High Level of Interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
Have good attention to detail and ability to proof read documents effectively
Ability to deliver presentations
Have experience of working on own SQ/PQQ/tenders as well as joint submissions
Be able to provide a methodical, organised and structured approach to bids.
