Gilbert Meher are partnered with a small, London-based provider looking to recruit a CEO to their business providing support to local young people.

Our client offers bespoke services to young people with Mental Health and Challenging Behaviour. They have a fantastic reputation for delivering high quality, person centred care that meets the needs of their service users and allows them to live as independently as possible.

In the long term the role will be responsible for managing the changing landscape of the services that they provide to young people. Ideally, we are looking to speak with people who have exposure to both Ofsted and CQC regulated services, however people who have overseen broader young people's services will still be considered. This is a highly strategic position and connections with key stakeholders in London boroughs is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Leadership of the portfolio of services the organisation offers
- Seek out opportunities for growth through a variety of methods
- Line management and development of management team, ensuring high standards of quality are met
- Ensure services remain compliant with internal quality standards and regulations, scoring positively in inspections
- Financial management, ensuring budgets are stuck to and the charity is financially sound

Requirements:

- Experience in a CEO/Director level position within Social Care
- Strong track record of keeping quality within services high and receiving 'good' or 'outstanding ' ratings during CQC/Ofsted inspections
- Be able to demonstrate delivering growth (either organically or through acquisitions)
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience of managing a large budget (£5m+ ideally)
