Hiring for Nova Financial's Investment Broker Program has now commenced. If successful through the interview process, you will start on the 3-month training program. During this time, you will have the unique opportunity to learn all aspects of being a solution focused Property Investment Broker within our vibrant and dynamic team. You will learn how to generate business for yourself and for the firm. As you progress, you will also be able to build your skills and qualifications through external courses and training offering an excellent career path.

Responsibilities

The role consists of business development in the UK Property sector generating business and providing clients with exemplary levels of customer service.

Build a client base through both excellent verbal and written communication
Talk to and meet with clients to gain an understanding of their goals and financial objectives
Develop and maintain our new and existing client base
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
Attend training and develop relevant market knowledge & skills
Meet KPIs as set by management
Generate client referrals where possible
Obtain FCA approval, as an advisor then as a Mortgage advisor

Requirements

Experience in a client facing corporate role e.g. sales, business development with a hunger to generate new business
Effective communicator - both written / verbal as you will be the face of our firm
Not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to clients
Presentable and professional in nature
Interested in property, stockbroking, investment banking and financial planning or have some experience in these areas
Self-starter and highly motivated
Natural entrepreneurial style
Strong desire and drive to be successful
Can see yourself being deeply involved in driving the firm forward
