Hays have teamed up with a leading prestigious London Law firm who specialise in personal injuries. Due to growth they're looking to take on a creative Digital Marketing Executive to bring a new pair of eyes to the growing team of 10. Could this be you?

Your new role
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team on a 10-month fixed-term basis. As a Digital Marketing Executive you will control the day-to-day running of their website and social media channels, working within the Brand and Corporate Communications team to showcase the best that they have to offer. You'll be joining at an exciting time in its evolution where digital marketing is vital to increasing the reach of their brand and telling our unique story. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Leading on SEO and PPC strategy and execution
* Managing and implementing a content marketing calendar (including copywriting) to ensure regular content (including PR) is delivered and maximized across all channels and across a variety of media
* Collaborating with third parties for the production\/delivery of creative content
* Analysis of data to identify strong engagement (with topics or from particular parties), and working closely with BD colleagues to leverage opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

* 3 years experience working in a Law firm or financial\/professional services
* Strong communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an easily understood way to a variety of internal stakeholders (of varying seniority)
* Strong data analysis, interpretation and reporting skills
* Strong knowledge of all key social platforms and their advertising modules; Hootsuite; Google Analytics; Google Ads; and Wordpress. Knowledge of Hotjar and Vuture would be advantageous but not essential

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an excellent salary of up to \u00A340,000 Basic + quarterly bonuses paid out at 5%. 28 days holiday and private health care.
