ED&I & CSR Specialist, Financial Markets, Competitive Salary

Your new role
In your new ED&I and CSR Specialist role, you'll be working closely with, and dually reporting in to, the Head of ED&I and the Head of CSR. You'll be responsible for executing global communications plans to increase raise awareness, understanding and drive engagement surrounding ED&I \/ CSR objectives. Specifically, you'll be creating, designing and implementing strategy and programs to help achieve company ED&I objectives; you'll produce key documentation, write relevant articles, project manage ED&I \/ CSR campaigns; and analyse ED&I \/ CSR metrics. Additionally, you'll be responsible identifying new partnerships and projects to demonstrate commitment to company strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll be an expert in the area of Diversity & Inclusion or be a commercial HR Partner who has delivered ED&I projects, as well as have an understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility. Ideally, you'll have successfully ran campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement in ED&I \/ CSR and will have a proven track record producing tangible results. Furthermore, you'll be a strong communicator with excellent senior stakeholder management skills and ability to articulate and present ideas. Ideally, you'll have gained your experience in a matrixed, corporate environment and will have a strong educational background.
