I have an excellent opportunity to join a highly established, unique full service CRO with a number of specialist therapeutic areas like cardiovascular, oncology, infectious disease, rare disease and many more. This is a new position and will be mainly doing HR generalist activities while growing the business 25% in the next two years.
Job title: HR Business Partner
Team: Human Resources
Reports to: Regional HR Director
Location: Central London Cannon Street Station
Office based 5 days a week
Salary: 40 - 50K
Benefits: 5% - 10% bonus + medical and dental insurance + onsite gym + normal other benefits
*Main responsibilities*
Act as HR Generalist and business partner for designated business areas;
Strong background in employee relations
Undertake HR Generalist duties across all of the employee lifecycle,
Coordinate the recruitment process, advertising to direct candidate sourcing and through external recruiters, from staffing requisition to final offers;
Screen, interview, and communicate with candidates during the interview process;
Handle employee queries and suggest necessary actions;
Prepare reports and HR Metrics;
Able to work under pressure in a busy and changing environment; and
Other general HR tasks and project work.
