Incident Analyst
Central London
£56,000 pa

My client, a leading investment manager, is looking for a Incident Analyst to join their Central London office to work within the Incident and Change team to assist in providing service management for problem management and actives incidents for the global organisation.

You will be driving the optimisation of the technology operations through performance monitoring, data and analysis and drawing correlations between performance symptoms and identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will have the following:

• Extensive experience in technology operations
• Strong experience of analysing data in support of technology operations
• Strong Excel skills
• ITIL foundations cert.
• Good working knowledge of ITSM tools
• In-depth experience of working in Incident Management roles.
