Lead Data Analyst - \u00A3785 per day - 6 month contract - Global HCM Data Migration Program

This is a large European investment bank with an office in Central London.

Your new role
In this role, you will be one of the key lead roles in the bank's global Oracle HCM SaaS Program which is the single largest initiative within the HR department in the next couple of years which provides you with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. The key responsibilities for the role will include:

* Assuming end-to-end responsibility for the data stream activities (data modeling, mapping, cleansing, conversion, migration, archiving, security, privacy) for the migration program, supported by the internal IT organization and external systems integrator (SI) partner
* Lead the effort to define the optimal data model for the interim and future state system, as well as determining the transition strategy from legacy architecture to new architecture
* Lead the scoping and estimation of data migration sub-projects and organize all tasks associated with data stream activities
* Lead the effort to define business requirements for data archiving in the context of the HCM SaaS implementation, support IT in developing and deploying technical solution for archiving

This role is inside IR35.

What you'll need to succeed

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus in Computer Science or related technology field
* It is desirable to have experience in leading data migrations for the implementation of Oracle HCM, or another leading HCM SaaS provider, as well as experience within the Financial Services industry

* Extensive experience in leading data migrations with a global scope
