Your new company

We have partnered with a distinguished Global Pharmaceutical company as they continue to expand upon their Biostatistics capabilities to lead their search for a Principal Biostatistician. The business holds an illustrious Biostatistics function across Europe and the US which we are looking to supplement by the addition of 2-3 Principal level Statisticians in the near future.

Due to their ongoing innovation with the science of the studies they are working on, the company have established themselves as one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies within the therapeutic areas they specialise within alongside a very strong pipeline with 5-6 studies set to submit within the next 18 months.

Your new role

* Serve as a program or study-level programmer in a defined development program
* Support the programming and analysis of a clinical study
* Act as a lead developer of new technologies
* Lead\/support statistical programming activities for assigned clinical studies, submissions and development initiatives
* Coordinate and provide input on timelines and work product required to deliver high quality statistical programming services in close collaboration with external vendors
* May program, validate, maintain, and document statistical analysis programs for asset development on the basis of the SAP and of other documents following company SOP's
* Ensure that submission and study datasets, TFL's, statistical output, and program documentation meet standards requirements of regulatory agencies
* Mentor and trains other statistical programmers as needed.
* Support the development and rollout of new standards
* Oversee\/manage statistical programming timelines and commitments to timelines for the study

What you'll need to succeed

* Experienced as a Statistical Programmer within a Pharma, Biotech, CRO or Medical Device business
* Strong project lead experience
* Skilled in SAS or R
* Excellent knowledge\/experience within CDISC, SDTM and AdAM
* Skilled communicator to Programming and Non-Programming personnel
* Full right to work in Europe
