Recruiter- Executive Search- Property Data Centre- Good pay

My client a Global property firm, is seeking a Recruiter to join one of the fastest growing areas of the business. The role will be based in the TA team for data centres and is incredibly busy and is set to double in the next 2 years. Due to this growth, they are looking for someone to join and focus on the hiring of the senior leadership with the business- focusing on building a diverse & sustainable pipeline of leadership & exec level candidates.

Your key duties include (but are not limited to):

* Sourcing high calibre candidate for existing vacancies and creating pipelines for future requirements against workforce plans through a combination of networking, research and sourcing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards
* Responsible for providing a high-level candidate experience and customer satisfaction, supporting the companies diversity equity and inclusion initiatives up to day 1, shortlisting, providing candidate feedback, offer negotiation and contract initiation
* Work with Global Talent Acquisition Leader to understand job requirements to create communities of 'warm' candidates utilising the in ATS System
* Act as the candidate's liaison throughout the hiring process ensuring a positive experience
* Develop excellent relationships across the wider TA team, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process and collaborating across business lines & regions
* Vacancy positing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards Provide great customer, candidate and stakeholder satisfaction including market insights
* Ensures corporate and legal requirements are met as part of their role and champions the Talent Resourcing Principles

To be successful it is essential that you can demonstrate a proven track record in sourcing senior \/ exec level candidates across a multi country portfolio. You must have excellent communication skills including written and verbal Track record of interacting effectively with industry leaders both within and outside of the organisation. And it is essential you have a strong proven track record of sourcing, networking & headhunting in a dynamic, high growth market. Experience of recruiting within the Data Centre, FM or associated sectors would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
