Your new company

Our Client, based at Triton Square in London, is a global leader in the financial world. You will be working as a Trade Floor support Team leader within Corporate Banking, leading by example and delivering a highly-organised support service.

Your new role

An experienced Trade Floor Support Team leader is required to required to manage the team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As the team leader (TL) you will be the contact point for all team members, so communication skills should be excellent. The TL should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately you will lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals

What you'll need to succeed

You must have previous Dealing Room Support experience, along with experience supporting Bloomberg and\/or Reuters Eikon, or other market data apps in a dealing environment, as you will be supporting a busy trade floor. You will have experience in working towards SLAs, demonstrating your drive and self-motivation.
Minimum 3 years in banking or similar support experience is a MUST within the past 5 years.
Previous working experience is as required:
\u00B7 Windows 7\/10 desktop support
\u00B7 Experience of supporting Bloomberg
\u00B7 Office 2007 \/ Office 2010 support
\u00B7 Office 2007 \/ 2010 experience
Desirable:
\u00B7 Spanish Speaking
\u00B7 Apple support
\u00B7 Blackberry Support
