Insurance Underwriting Technician - London - up to \u00A332k (depending on experience)

Your new company
London Market Insurance business, seeking an Underwriting Technician to join their team during an exciting period of growth.

Your new role
As an Underwriting Technician, you will be working alongside and supporting Senior Underwriting Technicians handling both UK and multinational insurance policies.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

* working across various classes of businesses simultaneously, working alongside all functions of the business.
* ensuring UK policy documents are issued in a timely manner.
* ensuring underwriting data is recorded accurately yet promptly on the company's bespoke systems.
* issuing instructions to servicing offices that issue local policies.
* responding to underwriting queries.
* producing data quality reports

What you'll need to succeed

* recent insurance experience in a similar role is a must-have.
* multinational insurance experience will be beneficial.
* good understanding of insurance terms and processes.
* excellent organisational and communication skills.
* ability to work to tight deadlines and agreed as well as agreed SLAs.
* competent with MS Excel & Word.

You will receive a competitive salary of up to c.\u00A332k depending on experience in an exciting role at a growing insurance business. A hybrid working model is currently in place however, there is also the option to work full time in the office.
