Job description

Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance is an outstanding international higher education institution, seeks an experienced, well-organised, sector knowledge Academic Development Manager.

This role is an integral part of the College's overarching strategic academic, quality, standards and enhancement activities.

Working closely with the Vice Principal, the postholder will pro-actively manage quality and enhancement activity, including periodic reviews, annual monitoring and programme modifications. Ensuring each programme is compliant with internal and external requirements, working pro-actively to enhance the student experience.

The post-holder will be a point of contact for all quality assurance and enhancement queries for both staff and students.

The post holder will be aware of and ensure compliance with all College policies and procedures and where appropriate, will assist the Academic Registrar on regulatory and compliance matters such as Prevent, UKVI, Safeguarding and GDPR.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and proactive in your approach, with a proven ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.

You should possess excellent IT, organisational and strong communications skills both verbally and written. Experience of working in a busy, sometimes pressurised, customer-facing environment is essential.
