Adult Care Performance and Analysis Manager

37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.45 - 5.15 Friday 8.45 - 4.45

£15.33ph

This role is mainly home based with potential to be office based as required.

Seven Social Care are recruiting for a Performance and Analysis Manager for Walsall Council, the post holder will comply with and promote the council's health, wellbeing and safety at work policies and ensure these and implemented effectively within the areas of responsibilities.
* You will provide leadership and day to day management of a team
* Lead the development, implementation, review/performance framework
* Lead the design and generation of high-quality internal management information
* Overall responsibility for statutory reporting across Adult Social Care

To apply for the Performance and Analysis Manager, you must have the following skills.
* Strong IT skills across a range of solutions and ability to successful extract data from a range of system
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, effectively, accurately
* Extensive knowledge of current Adult Social Care legislation, policy, statutory reporting and national guidance

Essential requirements:
* Staff management
* Adult Social Care performance management background - statutory reporting
* Ability to navigate systems
* Strong data manipulation skills including Microsoft
