LeoVegas is recruiting for a talented and highly driven App Marketing Specialist to join our Online Media department in Malta or Gibraltar. The Digital Marketing Team, together with the Affiliate team, is responsible for the group's global growth in terms of new profitable customers coming from online marketing in Europe, Asia, North and South America. The team consists of specialists within Programmatic buying, SEM, SEO, Social media, Reserved/Direct deals and Campaign management.Aiming to build the strongest digital marketing team in the industry, LeoVegas is now looking for a talented App Marketing Specialist. A successful candidate will have a strong and proven record of running app marketing campaigns, strong impetus for conversion driven digital marketing, great networking skills and enjoy working in close partnership with various departments and stakeholders throughout the company.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute performance campaigns across all markets and brands, across the AppStore and Google Play Store.Daily optimisation of paid app campaigns on multiple advertising channels, including ASO, Apple Search and UAC.Support and assist digital marketing teams (PPC, Social and Programmatic) with app campaigns and analysis.Run A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve app performance and make data-driven decisions.Collaborate with other marketing specialists to set up and launch campaigns.Communicate with the CRM team to increase app retention activities.Support Team Lead with the overall App strategy, product releases and troubleshooting.Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analysis, whilst identifying new opportunities for growth.Assist in communicating with different partner publishers.RequirementsHands-on experience with app performance marketing campaigns across UAC, and AppleSearch.Experience with ASO, including ASO tools and software eg.
