Summary

The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you'll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you'll have the chance to support a variety of projects. You'll learn to champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will always be looking at how you can offer help where needed.

Hours: 15 hours per week

Salary: £18,525 per annum

Contract: Fixed term role until February 2022

Colleagues have a great team spirit with close links to the local community. This picturesque property is just four miles outside of Dorking, however you're likely to need your own car to get here.

Everything in the garden reflects Mrs. Greville's desire to impress her guests with lavish displays, garden tours are available through the day in summer and weekends in the winter.

What you'll be doing

Known for your attention to detail and can do attitude, you'll help provide a comprehensive administration service to your team. You will offer excellent and helpful customer service to our visitors, either by telephone or email, and help support our internal staff and volunteers with any queries they may have. As well as assisting with people's diaries and movements, you'll be comfortable using a variety of IT packages to help create reports, keep accurate records, and write timely and accurate internal/external communications. In essence you'll assist with the delivery of an effective business service function.

This is a temporary role to support the current team. The proposed working pattern would be 3 mornings a week, 9am - 2pm. Exact rota open for discussion at interview.
