Job description

You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
The Global People Technology team is responsible for the strategy, support and operational maintenance of our network-wide Human Capital technologies. We support the business-led people strategy by providing an optimised toolset to enable these critical and rapidly evolving processes. Who we are looking for
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Working in a global organisation and an understanding of cross cultural communications issues;
Working across Human Capital technologies, with an understanding of end to end Human Capital business processes;
Exhibiting superior stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences;
Proactively managing strategic product roadmaps;
Driving alignment to established technology standards, practices and processes;
Collaborating and influencing stakeholders to meet their specific business requirements;
Consulting with business stakeholders on Human Capital technologies and business processes;
Displaying customer focus background with strategic thinking capability;
Building effective relationships with key stakeholders including Global HC stakeholders, PwC IT, territory HC contacts and other customers as appropriate;
Facilitating and encouraging creativity and forward-thinking suggestions;
Leading resource and scope planning for complex projects;
Utilizing a collaborative working style within and across teams at all levels;
Managing time, workloads, and competing priorities in a proactive manner;
Providing relevant, accurate and up-to- date information to leadership;
Partnering with technology and business stakeholders to proactively shape new strategic priorities
Bridging the gap between business/technology to improve speed/quality of elicitation, documentation, and articulation of requirements.
