About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager in our Water Production Business. As the successful candidate, your role will be reporting directly to the Area Operations Manager, you will lead several teams to ensure we deliver the right quantity and quality of water from our water treatment works, reservoirs and boosters. Both safely and efficiently. This role covers a large geographical patch, stretching from Aylesbury in the North through the Chilterns bordering Oxford down to Slough and Windsor in the South.
This role is high profile, in a challenging area, with significant opportunities. You will be based from our Water Treatment Works near High Wycombe.
This is a diverse and fast-paced role where no two days will be the same. It provides a fantastic opportunity to think differently about how we ensure reliability and resilience of our assets, whilst developing our people and driving a sustainable operating model.

We're looking for you have
- You will have a background in operational management and leadership of teams with specific experience or demonstrable understanding of Water Production and the wider Water Industry.
- Excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage workload under pressure are all essential to be a success in this role. You will demonstrate confidence to present to and to influence Leaders in the organisation at all levels.
- You will have a passion for driving positive behaviours throughout your region. You will be able to deliver against stretching operational targets and must be commercially astute.
- Ideally, you will be degree qualified (preferably in an engineering/science discipline) or have relevant operational experience.
- Due to the nature of the role, a full UK Driving licence is required, however, a car or car allowance will be provided.
