Job Profile SummaryResponsible for providing dedicated procurement, programme and stakeholder management support for the hub or at site, based on sound procurement management knowledge, and conducting day-to-day (non-category aligned) procurement execution activities in order to meet the Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements for procurement operations.Job AdvertDo you want to join a company whose aim is to make a real difference to the sustainability of our planet? It's a small team passionate about setting the vision for the procurement function which collaborates across procurement and with business partners to drive the implementation of strategic transformation projects with the aim of delivering a lighter, agile, balanced and more digital procurement. You will form part of a pool of resource within the team who are deployed to support different projects and activities based on priorities and capacity.AccountabilitiesSupport the delivery of strategic transformation projects in different environments, with regional and country-specific issues and challenges.Supporting communication of the strategic agenda for Procurement internally and to key business partnersTaking a collaborative approach with all partner groups, from the leadership team/sponsors to key business partners to ensure the delivery of the procurement strategy and transformation agendaEstablishing a robust governance approach and cadence to performance manage the strategic results, driving integration and eliminating roadblocks.Ensure annual functional plans are aligned with the strategy and roadmap, and that the appropriate activities and achievements are reflected in the performance contracts to supportEnergising the organisation by supporting the delivery of Procurement's five-year ambitions which will build a lighter, more agile, and digital procurementEssentialBusiness Acumen: Understanding of business operations, commercial landscape, and external market factors to recommend actions that build or protect value and connects work and personal contribution to bp's bottom lineInnovation: Ability to generate new ideas and champion continuous improvement of processes, systems, methods, and services by questioning conventional approaches and build new insights into situationsProject Management: Ability to understand, plan and implement programmes and projects within bp guidelines, applying appropriate methodologies meeting time, cost, quality, and performance goalsInfluencing: Effective communication through various channels using a range of styles and approaches to gain dedication and support from diverse partners to help achieve business outcomes, create acceptance for decisions, build consensus or resolve conflict.
