NORTHERN IRELAND CIVIL SERVICE
Director of Pensions, Disability, Benefit Security & Debt Management (Grade 5)

SALARY: £74,912 - £84,122
DEPARTMENT: Department for Communities (DfC)
LOCATION: Causeway Exchange, Belfast
This Director post we are seeking to fill is dynamic, challenging and fulfilling, both in terms of impact through service delivery, but also by developing our talented workforce of over 1500 staff to continuously improve how we deliver our products and services.
This post offers a significant and exciting senior leadership role, delivering and managing large scale operations to a wide spectrum of customers, overseeing a diverse portfolio of change projects and managing a large budget. This post makes a real and visible difference to people's lives every single day. It is a high profile position, which requires a high degree of collaboration with a range of diverse and engaged stakeholders including elected representatives and the independent advice sector.
This post may be filled by secondment of the successful candidate from his/her current employer.
Further appointments may be made should this position become vacant again during the lifetime of the competition, which is one year.
