* Summary of the Position: *
We are looking for an E-Learning Systems Specialist to join our HR department. You will be based remotely in the UK.
You will report to the Learning & Development Lead. You will be responsible for organising, co-ordinating, evaluating and reporting of training, ensuring our employees meet legal, quality and business-wide training standards.
* Key Accountabilities: *
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to successfully implement the Learning Management System (LMS), embedding the LMS culturally into the organisation.
* Co-ordinate the delivery of Company-wide learning, utilising the Learning Management System (LMS).
* Act as the System Owner for the LMS part of Veeva eQMS.
* Assist in the collaborative creation and maintenance of competency frameworks with the Global Learning & Development Lead and departmental Training Leads.
* Create and manage Learner Roles within the LMS in conjunction with the Global L&D Lead, Heads of Department and departmental Training Leads.
* Accurately manage the starter/mover/leaver processes within the LMS and assigning appropriate learner roles.
* Create and manage learning content (curricula) within the LMS in conjunction with the Global L&D Lead, Heads of Department and departmental training leads to ensure accurate training needs are assigned to all learners.
* Liaise with departmental Training Leads to create learner quizzes, assessing the understanding of learning content where required.
* Proactively identify training needs based on LMS data and work collaboratively to develop plans to address these.
* Produce reports utilising departmental learner data against Company-wide KPI's.
* Support the Global L&D Lead in delivering all internal and external learning.
* Provide advice and guidance to employees on learning queries.
* Provide support to HODs/ Department training leads to develop and implement training courses utilising the technical skills within departments and using the eSystems to administer, assign and manage the training programmes.
*Minimum Requirements:*
*Essential:*
* Previous experience in administering learning management systems
* Previous experience working within a learning and development / human resources function
* Previous experience in partnering with business stakeholders to create learning content
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer focussed environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite
* Demonstrable experience of data analysis and reporting
* Fluency in the English language
*Desirable:*
* Experience of working in clinical research/life sciences
* Training Qualification and/or CIPD Membership
* Fluency in another European language
