On behalf of our client school, Tradewind are looking to recruit an enthusiastic ECT with a strong work ethic to join a supportive team of staff and make a positive impact in KS2. The successful candidate will be responsible for a Year 3 class in a one form entry school in a long-term position from March 2022. This is a full-time position and a unique opportunity to be able to start the early career induction with the potential to be made permanent at the school.

About the School
This is a highly reputable school in Dukinfield which aims to foster a love of learning within a safe, inclusive environment with children being placed at the heart. Offering a broad curriculum, creative approaches to teaching and learning and innovation are encouraged making it an exciting and rewarding place to work. As the class teacher, you will be accountable for the learning and progress of approximately 30 children within a mixed ability class. You will be required to differentiate to both stretch and scaffold learning and effective communication with the TA will be key to your success.

You must hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification
Be able to provide excellent references to support your previous experience
Provide a CV that covers the last 10 years employment history with any gaps explained
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
Have a right to work in the UK.
