Job Role: Facilities Operations Assistant
Job Type: Temporary, Full-time ( Mon - Fri)
Location: Buckley
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5

We are looking for an Facilities Operations Assistant to work for our client based in Buckley.

Key job qualifications:

1. Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety management relating to the Health and Safety at work act.
2.Good understanding of using a Finance system and other software/applications to meet the requirements of your area of responsibility.
3.Good organisational skills.
4.Good written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate confidently, with excellent customer service skills.
5.Good IT and accurate data entry skills.

Your duties will include:

1.Providing a range of administrative or technical support work to your team.
2.Providing and sharing information with others and dealing with standard and straightforward queries.
3.Completing routine documentation, with more complex documents being reviewed by a more senior colleague.
4.Help provide guidance to new or temporary employees.

The role will be primarily office based but may need to travel between different locations, as well as working at partner organisations and other premises.

What skills you need:
1. No specific academic or professional qualifications, but you will need good communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills (Microsoft Office).
2.Previous knowledge and experience of working in a similar administrative or technical area with proven experience working with specific systems would be preferred.
3.Be able to demonstrate a desire for continuous learning and development and will participate in regular training to develop your skills in technical aspects of the role.
