BlackBerry Inside Sales Renewals - SMB DACH

We are looking for Inside Sales Renewals Specialist to join our DACH team in SMB market working remote and/or from our office located in Bournemouth.
This role offers many opportunities for upward mobility. EIMS esteemed management training program provides personal development courses to impart relevant skills and prepares you for the next stage which can also include relocation to one (or more) of our offices globally if that's what you want; Barcelona, Toronto, Miami, Davao or Auckland. The yearly salary range for this role is £37,000, £39,000 OTE (D.O.E).
About the role:
Our renewals team's sole mission is to ensure customer success through successful renewal of BlackBerry next generation software services.
Your primary focus will be to run sales cycles with existing clients from management to C-Level, whilst consistently and predictably closing renewal revenue, on or above target. This is an EMEA based quota closing role with a focus on French markets ranging from SMB to Enterprise market customers.
You will also support BlackBerry's Account and Customer Success Team ensuring alignment of BlackBerry solutions with customers defined mobility strategy and mission, increase adoption, and expand BlackBerry's software product footprint with the customer. You proactively identify engagement priorities on accounts to focus efforts based on value, perceived risk, potential growth, strategic value and renewal time-frame. The end result is increased customer satisfaction, retention and expansion of the BlackBerry product footprint.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to an existing customer base to sell subscription-based renewals
• Run the renewals sales process with an emphasis on upgrading customers and increasing term length
• Close Business to Business deals between $1K to $10K+.
• Forecasting and account profiling in Salesforce.
• Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues
• Create proposals in SalesForce CRM and follow up with customers, and partners
• Consistently utilize SalesForce CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business and process orders
• Contribute to the team's quota
• Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in BlackBerry, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.

Requirements:
• Fluent level of German
• Good level of English as all training will be delivered in English
• Work permit for the UK
• 1 - 3 years of B2B sales experience or SDR/BDR
• Experience in selling business solutions/ services
