* Summary of the Position: *
We are looking for a Global L&D Lead to join our HR department. You will be remotely based in the UK.
* Key Accountabilities: *
* In conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team, develop a Company-wide Learning & Development strategic plan that supports the Company 4-year strategic plan delivery.
* Working in partnership with HR and the Senior Leadership Team to embed a culture of continuous learning within the Company.
* Actively engage with business stakeholders to understand business strategy and current / future learning needs to ensure L&D plans are appropriately aligned.
* Determine organisational skills gaps and identify opportunities for growth.
* Leading Company-wide Training Needs Analysis to ensure learning needs are addressed on an ongoing basis.
* Align and prepare the Senior Leadership Team and Heads of Department for programme implementations.
* Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to review and evolve the competency frameworks for each department/role.
* Partner with Heads of Department / Department Training Leads to develop and implement technical learning plans.
* Provide support to HODs/ Department training leads to develop and implement training courses utilising the technical skills within departments and using the eSystems to administer, assign and manage the training programmes.
* Measure performance and value-add of all L&D initiatives against core company metrics.
* Manage the day to day L&D budget across the Company.
* Develop and implement a Company onboarding plan, ensuring employees are qualified to undertake their role.
* Working with the L&D team to embed the LMS into the Company, developing a culture of compliance and ensuring training audit readiness.
* Minimum Requirements: *
*Essential:*
* Previous experience within a Senior L&D role, ideally within clinical research or pharmaceuticals
* Previous experience in developing and implementing L&D interventions
* Previous experience in partnering with business leaders to identify L&D needs
* Experience of learning and development reporting; analysing, manipulating data and metrics using Excel, LMS or other HRIS data
* Knowledge of creating digital solutions/eLearning
* Proven experience in the full L&D lifecycle
* Strong project management experience, working on multiple projects successfully
* Fluency in the English language
*Desirable:*
* Experience of LMS implementation
* Working within a GxP / GCP environment
* CIPD or Professional L&D Qualification
* Experience working across Europe, navigating the challenges of global delivery
* Fluency in another European language
