The Role: KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant
Our partner school, based in the wonderfully bright borough of Camden, is looking for well qualified and driven graduates with a 2:1 or above that want to deliver in an extremely rewarding setting. This Graduate Teaching Assistant position is the perfect first step towards a successful career in education and will give you the opportunity to delve deep into the Primary School environment and explore if this is a career for you.
The role is an exciting and dynamic one that requires individuals to think on their feet and deliver student results, whilst benefiting from exceptional development programmes, mentoring and support. Your role will be working with the KS1 Class Teacher to raise attainment across Maths and English subjects working with individual students as well as running small group interventions across the school. You will play a huge part in the students' development and success, and your efforts in this role will come rewarded with praise and opportunities to join the school's very successful Schools Direct Teacher Training program, from September 2022.
