Job description

At Ambitious about Autism we are currently looking for a Head of Total Reward to join the People team.

As the Head of Total Reward, you will Lead on reviewing, developing, and implementing a total reward strategy and plan to ensure we are able to recruit, retain and motivate staff in our growing organisation.

You will also play a key role in Leading the Pay and Benefits Officer to ensure that our payroll input to our outsourced provider is accurate and timely.

The role:

Review our job evaluation and pay profiling system, framework and pay scales to ensure it is fit for purpose
Working with the Head of People and Data Analyst to carry out gender pay reporting in line with legislation and consider other protected characteristic reporting in line with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy
Review of our Personal Pension providers in line with legislation to meet the needs of staff, good governance and minimise administration

Experience:

Extensive experience as a reward expert developing and delivering reward strategies
Experience of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, salary range creation, modelling and costing proposals in multiple markets
Advanced skills in Payroll and HRIS systems and Excel skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data sets
