Job description

HRGO are seeking a Human Resources and Learning Administrator for their client in Hythe. The role is there to provide accurate and effective administrative support to the HR & Learning team and efficient processing of employee information. You should have a basic knowledge of HR practices relating to administration and data protection. Must have full driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Key Duties:

To issue new starter documentation and ensure all necessary information and documentation is provided to the HR department. Set up new employees on the HR and payroll system and complete onboarding including booking induction and enrolling for e-learning and Our People.

Maintain HR and Learning record systems and individual records with full, accurate and appropriate information in compliance with the data protection act.

Update employee data on Mitrefinch HR/TMS system and other HR databases as necessary to ensure we have accurate information on employees.

Organise exit interviews and surveys. If required, attend meetings and type up notes in a timely manner.

Process all leavers in a timely and efficient manner.

Liaise with the Learning and Development Officer on all new appointments to ensure learning and development record are complete and recorded.

Take meeting minutes when required.

Respond to phone and e-mail enquiries dealing with them in a timely manner.

Responsible for ordering necessary equipment and supplies.

Process and record employee related documentation including letters, fitness for work statements etc.

Archiving documents and files, ensuring these are up to date and accurate.

Produce reports on an ad hoc basis as and when required.

Experience

Working in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Mitrefinch software.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject.

CIPD Level 3 qualification

This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 17:00 pm. This an excellent opportunity to work with a successful and well-established business.
