Inside Sales Rep EMEA - WD

What you will do

The purpose of this role is to streamline business processes through assisting multiple departments within ACVS with the end goal of revenue growth YOY. By doing so, you will be driving the best customer experience possible during all stages of the buyer's journey. You will also be the main point of contact for the ACVS sales team to improve the overall team performance by 'keeping the sales reps selling'.

How you will do it

Follow up on Backlog ETA with the planning team to forecast potential revenue.
Maintain/Run Backlog report Bi-Weekly

Assist with quoting for both the direct/indirect sales teams
Assist with project pricing approval
Update/Distribute Quote Tools
Assist the sales, customer service and planning team with any questions (PO, Lead Time, Serial Numbers, Approvals, Project Demand, ETC…).
Assist Customers with any questions (Quotes, Lead Time, Data Sheets, Part Numbers, ETC…)
Assist with HID card quotes and products that have special configurations.

Run Dashboards/Reports for the Sales, Planning and Marking Teams
Create/Monitor cases for the sales teams (Feature requests, access, new user, issues, ETC…)
Go to for any ACVS Salesforce queries

Assist with monthly Buy Blue commission report for EMEA Direct Sales
Assist with the maintenance of the Buy Blue analytic reports
Go to for any EMEA Buy Blue inquiries
Assist with the monthly distribution of Buy Blue marketing material

Run/Maintain Forecast vs Revenue vs Backlog Reports (MicroStrategy)
Assist with monthly Revenue vs Margin Report

Qualifications

Professional approach with ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Flexible and able to adapt rapidly to change in priorities

Preferred

Previous sales experience an advantage
Ability to learn use of systems which include JDE/Microstrategy/SLM/BAAN and Salesforce
