Job description

Our client based in Wellington is looking for a Permanent Full Time IT Support Administrator to strengthen and compliment their already successful technical IT team.
You will be doing a new users and PC's Set up, work on the active directory using basic service administration, administration of Anti-Virus software, VOIP, and VPN in the UK and NL.
In addition you will be repairing hardware, such as laptops, PC's, printers and maintenance of ERP Software. As part of this role you will be communicating with end users in the UK, NL and DK, and giving remote support via team viewer.
Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of SQL (Advantageous not essential training will be given)
  • A Qualification/Education in an IT related field
  • Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk/Project environment
  • Strong Microsoft skills/Windows 365
  • Good Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Proven experience of troubleshooting Hardware and Software problems
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Team Player
  • Able to be flexible on hours if required
8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday
8.30am to 4pm Friday.
Salary: £25,000 per year
