Job description
Interim Marketing & Communications Manager
Industry: Charity/Training
Location: Cowes
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: up to 3 months
Duties:
Responsible for overseeing the brand and presence within the marketplace, inline with strategy and ensure any activity follows guidelines and tone of voice.
Managing a small team of staff and working closely with the Sales team and external creative agencies.
Be first point of contact for all communications and brand activity within internal teams.
Monitor, review and develop communications plan, create and deliver fit for purpose communications.
Monitor, develop and update the website and any web based presence.
Ensure organisation features in press through developing media relations.
Manage lead generation campaigns.
Collate, analyse and report on performance of all communications activities.
Experience:
Must have proven marketing experience including lead generation, excellent adaptability and creative communication skills.
Must have previous staff management experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Must have a good commercial understanding including analytics and budgets.
Experience of working within a charity, training or marine environment would be an advantage
Salary: from £14.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
