A Project Manager for the company is a coordinator of fit-out & deployment services for their clients.They must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners, presenters, and team players working closely with our design, production & fulfilment, as well as professional partners including architects, technical engineers and general contractors.As a Lead Project Manager you will take the lead in running the account and maintaining stakeholder contact and reporting taking full ownership of the project.

Their prime objective is to understand, communicate and manage all client expectations to achieve a superior outcome for all.They brief, coordinate and monitor output of all team members to ensure that each project, whatever scale or level of complexity, gets planned properly, that on site activities are executed accurately & safely and that all key project stakeholders continue to view the team as a critical tactical partner for future retail growth.

Required behaviour, skills and experience:

1. A minimum of 7 years experience in either retail architecture, project management, contractor or retail development role.

2. Have the ability to read and understand architectural floor plans and MEP technical drawings in detail.

3. Comprehensive understanding of an end-to-end PM process, as well as fit-out and construction methods in retail interior environment.

4. Experience with seeing projects through from conception to completion as the lead project manager, preferably in a PM agency or a GC company, or on the client side/client representative.

5. Excellent communication skills dealing with persons of all levels in the construction process. Sound ability to filter and report critical information relating to budget, time, quality and risk management.

6. Able to travel globally with the required flexibility this will demand.

7. Be a confident team player with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and trouble shoot, whilst remaining totally focused.

8. Have an acute attention to detail with the confidence to insist on delivering top level customer service

Remuneration

* ·Salary £40-55k

* ·Pension 5% employee and 3% employer within the qualifying salary bands;
