Position: Mailroom/Postroom Administrator
Salary: £22,000
Location: Covent Garden
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Wonderful opportunity for a hard-working, reliable and conscientious Mail Administrator with a positive mindset to join our busy mailroom in our London office.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with a high level of intensity and focus, and provide our customers and staff with a smile at all times - to maintain a positive working atmosphere.
This role would suit someone looking to build a long-term career in mail administration with a growing company.

Responsibilities
  • To sort items of mail from mailbags into relevant categories
  • To log mail in an efficient and accurate matter onto our CRM
  • To process return to sender mail in an efficient and accurate manner
  • To perform administrative duties ranging in complexity using our Digital Mailroom technology
  • To act as overflow for inbound customer service telephone calls - providing a good level of customer service via telephone, when required
  • Be able to communicate effectively by email with customers, providing an excellent level of customer service
Skills and experience required
  • Good computer literacy with a fast typing speed
  • Positive mentality
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work with intensity
  • Reliability
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • English language GCSE Grade C or above
  • Evidence of longevity with at least one employer
