Job description

Mechanical Plant Engineer - Waste Management
Anglesey Wales
Up to £55,000 + Benefits Inc a £5,000 relocation Package

Introduction
Our client has transformed a former aluminium works in Anglesey into a green industrial park (Eco Park) where they are able to process waste & produce renewable energy, which includes converting plastic waste into oils where the most useful components of the polymers can be reclaimed.

They are now seeking Mechanical Plant Engineer to join the team, who will be responsible for all Mechanical engineering work & projects on the site.
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

Identify key areas of the plant to be improved, refined and made safer
Ensure Quality of the products remains consistent
Produce detailed technical reports
Liaise with the project team to ensure the production process meets efficiency requirements

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

Have a recognised Degree Mechanical Engineering or similar
Have a minimum of 8 years' experience in heavy processing industries such as power generation, waste management, aggregates, FMCG, manufacturing or Water Treatment
Have a good Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office systems
Understanding of DSEAR, PED, IED requirements

Salary & Package
