Job description
You'll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team. As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle's technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud; transform business functions, including finance, HR and tax; achieve maximum value on their investment through Managed Cloud Services; and help them manage risk and 'go live' on time and on budget through Oracle Cloud Embedded Assurance.
You'll be joining a team that's rated by Gartner and IDC MarketScape as a Leader in a number of categories, including being positioned as a Leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Oracle Cloud Application Services, Worldwide.
As a Senior Manager you'll work with the latest technologies and big-name companies on projects that are driving the future of those organisations. Our Senior Managers are expected to lead client engagements, create new opportunities and deliver exceptional client value. They will also drive knowledge sharing and care passionately about the development of our people.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Delivering projects focused on Oracle ERP or Oracle SCM technology.
Leading delivery of key aspects of a finance transformation project/programme as a leading member of a mixed PwC/client team.
Managing both within and across project workstreams
Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with senior stakeholders
Driving areas of our finance change thought leadership to transform client's businesses.
Identifying further business opportunities when working client side.
Developing the careers of teams working with and reporting to you
Being available to travel to client sites anywhere in the UK, and potentially internationally.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Substantial experience in leading/managing financial systems implementations, preferably at large, complex multinationals
A track record of leading finance process change enabled by technology
A minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Cloud Financials OR Supply Chain modules.
A minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations on Oracle ERP Cloud Financials OR Supply Chain .
Broad functional skills across Oracle ERP Cloud Financials OR Supply Chain modules.
Proven leadership qualities with a natural focus on team enhancement and growth
Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organisations
