It will connect applicants with advisors and consultants who can provide high quality advice and detailed technical insight and guidance on how to finance the improvements recommended. You will lead the setup of this programme during January to March 2022 and the delivery of the programme from the 1 st of April. This will involve recruitment of staff and procurement of consultants, establishment of processes and procedures and working closely with other teams across EST to ensure the required infrastructure is in place for 1 st April 2022. Once mobilisation is complete you will ensure you manage and deliver the programme effectively to meet targets and ensure SMEs in Scotland can fully contribute to Scotland's lower carbon future.
What you'll bring
You will be a confident manager of people who can work effectively with distributed teams and contractors. You will have the creative flair to problem solve and proactively identify opportunities to advance the programme's reach and the determination to continually drive the programme and team forward as it will play a significant role in helping to deliver Scottish Government net zero targets up to 2050.
