Brand new Paid Media Manager roleOpportunity to work for a global organisationPortfolio growth has prompted the need to get this hire onboardRemote first business - occasional travel to London might be required2.5 day weekendPPC (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) and Paid Social expert is needed!Reporting into the Head of Subscriptions MarketingThe Role: The Paid Media Manager will report to The Head of Subscriptions Marketing. The role will require cross-functional stakeholder management and will be responsible for paid media initiatives across all of their subscription product offerings.This role has been formed to bring the performance marketing function inhouse. This role therefore requires an expert knowledge of performance marketing channels including the google suite (Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics). You will know how to increase conversion rate through great ads and you will enjoy testing content on landing pages.This role has a number of objectives that include generating marketing qualified leads for the sales team, supporting with client retention campaigns and ensuring that clients are fully engaged with the business. The Paid Media Manager will utilise a broad range of digital marketing skills (PPC, paid media, paid social, programmatic advertising) to achieve this.The successful candidate will be a commercially savvy digital marketer with creative flair, but who first and foremost has a data-driven, analytical style of marketing. They are looking for a motivated, talented and successful digital marketer to join their business.Responsibilities for the position of Paid Media Manager:Designing and implementing optimised, customer-centric ,digital user journeys to increase engagement, lead conversion, and customer retentionDeveloping and implementing sophisticated integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels (Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Display ads etc.)Management of company websites, including the creation of campaign landing pagesProviding accurate digital analytics to the Head of Subscriptions Marketing and internal stakeholders - using Google and other internal analytical toolsHitting and exceeding targets for new customer leads, lead conversion and customer acquisitionRunning A/B Testis of landing pages and website content to improve resultsWriting digital ads (such as Google Ads)To be considered for the role of Paid Media Manager you must have:At least 5 years' Digital Marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environmentExperience managing at least one other team memberProven record in successfully managing multiple digital marketing campaigns concurrentlyKPI focused mind-set, with the ability to evaluate detailed metrics and improve campaign performanceExperience in making changes to website journeys to improve UXExperience with marketing automation platformsThe Company: This leading multi-million-pound B2B information services provider that focus on the legal, financial services and professional services markets.
