Job description

A prestigious, international law firm is currently recruiting for a front of house receptionist for it's London Bridge offices.

This will be a part time position working Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm. The contract will be for 4 months but could potentially go on for longer.

The ideal Corporate Receptionist will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Experience with working as part of a Front of House team within a corporate financial environment
  • Corporate customer service background
  • demonstratable experience of professional etiquette in both appearance and attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Experience of dealing with and managing multiple meeting rooms, including room bookings and catering.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in MS Applications, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; this includes proficiency in MS Outlook which is a central part of the role on a daily basis
  • Organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to becoming involved in various tasks
  • Can demonstrate prioritising adhoc duties i.e.: technical assistance as per demand without notice
