*Summary of the Position:*

We are looking for a Payroll Advisor to join our HR department. You will be based remotely in the UK.

You will assist the Payroll and Benefits Manager in delivering first-class timely, and accurate payroll and benefits service for all employees globally. You will work collaboratively on payroll delivery with the Payroll and Benefits Manager and wider HR Team.

*Key Accountabilities:*

* Run UK and EMEA monthly payrolls in collaboration with the vendor.
* Reconcile payroll reports, respond to general queries and other admin duties.
* Collaborate on continual improvement of payroll processes and delivery with support from the Payroll and Benefits Manager.
* Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure high-quality data transfer for the payroll runs.
* Respond to and answer queries from employees and third parties relating to payroll.
* Adhere to payroll best practices and work within statutory requirements for each country.
* Maintain the payroll inbox, filing and data.

*Minimum Requirements:*

*Essential:*

* Experience in all aspects of Payroll across the UK and end-to-end processing of payroll run
* Knowledge of payroll-related legislation (i.e. deadlines for RTI, tax coding notices)
* Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
* Adherence to deadlines and excellent attention to detail

*Desirable:*

* Previous experience in European and US payroll delivery
* Experience in Benefits in Kind
