Job description
We're looking for a researcher with Primary and secondary research experience to support PwC's Insight Team in helping the business in creating, managing and delivering robust research projects. This role will add to our capacity across a range of areas, providing insight to the Insights team, supporting Sales & Marketing growth areas, including increasing PwC share of voice, understanding market trends/challenges/insights and .
About the role:
The Insight Team sits within the firm's Technology Centre of Excellence, within our Sales and Marketing function. It currently comprises 10 insight professionals from across a broad set of disciplines; conducting primary and secondary research, analysing data analysis/modelling, data visualisation, economic analysis. The team provides our Leaders with both an internal and external view of how the firm is positioned in the market and prides itself on analytical rigour.
Our output uses a combination of written analysis accompanied by interactive charting and analytics created from multiple internal and external data sources, as well as industry and government data.
In this role, the successful candidate:
· Conducts primary research using internal tools and external agencies
· Understands risk related to research and will upskill on PwC approach
· Inputs into design of audience and questions to answer the brief
· Interacts with internal stakeholders and external research agencies
· Analyses, Interprets and presents results of research
Essential skills
· Primary research experience including questionnaire design and analysis
· Knowledge of market research risk factors
· Exceptional problem solving, organisation and communications skills; capacity to learn quickly and execute accurately
· Relationship building particularly with stakeholders and market research agencies
· Strong work ethic and a drive for excellence
· Ability to perform under pressure amid tight deadlines
· Team player, self-motivated and commercially minded
· High attention to detail
· Strong writing and verbal communication skills

· Secondary research experience
