We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Royston |near Cambridge|. You will have a degree in engineering, life sciences or equivalent.

As part of this growth, we are pleased to announce a new position as part of our exceptional New Product Development team at the Royston office.

Working across the design and development of a range of bioreactors and electro-mechanical equipment used within bioprocessing, this role forms a critical function within the New Product Development team. You will have ownership across a variety of projects, driving close collaboration with exceptional colleagues across multiple engineering and manufacturing functions, both within the UK and internationally.

What you will accomplish together with us:

Leading projects effectively and efficiently, by defining scope, budget, resources and schedule

Identifying project risks and recommending appropriate resolutions

Managing resource assignments, work allocations and software and hardware requirements

Providing project progress status

Delivering new products that meet our customer expectations

What will convince us:

Degree in engineering, life sciences or equivalent

Proven project management experience within a New Product Development environment

Effective, strong leadership skills, inspiring teams

Analytical thinking

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proven skills in project management toolsets/methodology
