Recruitment & HR Administrator (part-time)
North Liverpool
£18,000 to £20,000 pro rata
Flexi hours during core-office times Monday to Friday (27 hours per week)
Mixture of home working and office

A non-profit organisation in North Liverpool are seeking a Recruitment & HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be to support the team through a period of business growth and work within the HR team on associated day to day tasks. On offer is a pro rata salary of £18,000 to £20,000.Please note - this is a part-time flexi hour role. You will be contracted to work 27 hours per week between Monday to Friday. You must have the flexibility to work during core office hours either full days or half days. - Support the in-house team on HR and recruitment
- Arrange offer letters, contracts and documentation
- Assist with new employee compliance
- Keep staff records up to date
- Support the HR Manager in staff meetings
- Update sickness and holiday reports
- Manage any contract changes
- Writing and publishing job adverts
- Any other general office administration duties
- Ideally have experience in a similar role but those from a general administration background will also be considered
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Have good Excel skills
- Be able to work 27 hours per week during core office hours
