About the team
Due to our continual growth and demand in the market, Change Solutions within PwC Operate are looking to add further support into the Operations team.
PwC Operate is the execution and delivery arm of PwC. With 2500+ staff across the UK supported by our own game-changing technology, processes and infrastructure we compliment our PwC colleagues, by actioning the advice, to help clients to overcome operational challenges and deliver complex change & transformation projects/programmes.
The Change Solutions service offering within Operate is a team of c.200 Change Management professionals who provide a hands-on delivery capability. Our team of Business Analysts, Project Managers and Project Management Officers are experienced in delivering everything from cutovers to remediation programmes, large system implementations to multi disciplined regulatory programmes. Our clients and programmes sit across the Financial Services industry and other heavily regulated industries such as Health, Energy and Transport.
We are looking for someone to:
Work closely with the sales/resourcing team to support in an administrative capacity
Provide project confirmations and tracking/logging of placements
Be a point of contact for a range of staff and internal stakeholders in relation to active projects & engagements
Prepare slides for presentations and meetings
Prepare management reports, frequently in MS Excel/ Google Sheets
Update and review CV's
Be involved in various other ad-hoc tasks
Exhibit polite and professional communications skills
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Overflow administrative support to the management team
Applicants should possess the following:
Qualification
Preferably degree educated, however, strong candidates without degrees will also be considered
Skills / Experience
Experience of having worked in a fast-paced administrative role in a sales or recruitment environment
Able to work well independently, using your initiative and problem solving skills whenever requires
Attributes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work in a busy, deadline-driven environment
Ability to build rapport with colleagues
Proven team player, while also being able to work independently with little supervision
