*Senior Director, Clinical Operations *

AL Solutions are partnered with a small Oncology focused British biotech that are searching for an experienced director to join their team. As a result of a $10 Million Series B funding, our client has grown from a team of 10 to 60 in the past 12 months and are looking to become a company of 100 before the end of the year. My client operates in the UK and the United States and are looking to open up an office in Germany within the next 3 months.

As a Senior Director, you would be expected to act as the expert and represent the clinical operations department. You would also be responsible for the oversight and allocating studies to the project manager whilst recruiting and building the German clinical team. You'd also be responsible for holding high-level relationships with multiple stakeholders and key clinical opinion leaders. This is a full-time remote position that can be worked either in the UK or the United States.

*Requirements:*

* A Bachelor's degree within the life sciences

* A minimum of 15 years of clinical research experience

* 5+ years management experience

* Extensive experience leading global studies

* Expert knowledge of budgets and risk reports

* Lead cross-functional teams of experts in the planning and delivery of clinical studies
