Play Included C.I.C. is a social enterprise and the leading resource in the Brick-by-Brick® programme, a learning through play concept to support children (including neurodivergent children such as autistic children) to socialise together and develop skills through collaborative LEGO® building.
Play Included is a LEGO Foundation partner. We act as a learning centre, offering training in the Brick-by-Brick® programme for health and education professionals as well as free resources for schools and home.
We are a small team with a big ambition. We hope to expand our capacity in order to implement our exciting new business strategy to scale our professional training to more countries around the world.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
The post holder will lead on the development of international partnerships with organisations in the USA, Denmark, Mexico, Hong Kong, Greece and others as the company grows. As a start-up company in an exciting phase of fast growth, you will work closely with the company directors to support the implementation of our business strategy. You will help develop our networks and relationships worldwide. You will be involved in overall business strategy and help to identify potential partnership organisations to support us to scale our training in key countries (starting with USA, Denmark & Mexico). You will be required to build relationships with potential partners who share our mission. You will also work with internal and external stakeholders including trainers and lead partners, academic institutions, autism advocacy organisations and others. You will represent the organisation externally at conferences, events and networking opportunities to raise awareness of Play Included and share our mission.
