Job description

As a Senior Manager in Execution Managed Services (EMS), you'll work as part of our Solutions Lab team to help co-create, design and build client solutions from transitioning and transforming their current customer processes to building new operation delivery supporting new business regulations and operational needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Acts as the lead liaison between the client relationship leads proposal / new proposition team and our managed services team, Operate.

  • Acts as the conduit into Operate, our alternative delivery models (ADMs) and alliance partners to bring relevant capability to the proposal / proposition team, with lead responsibility for the solution design. This can involve engaging process design BAs, tech solution BAs, PMO resources, resourcing, training, technology, data, Operational Excellence capability (Mobilise and Optimise knowledge) etc to contribute to the design of the solution.

  • Leads the Solution Lab solution design and ensures collaboration with all key stakeholders and alignment to an end goal. This may include: developing the operational model, identifying the resource requirements, identifying business technology needs, meeting client SLAs, etc.

  • Manages the relationship with the client relationship lead team making sure that requirements, actions, dependencies etc are fed into Operate, our managed services team and into the client relationship lead team.

  • Report status and issues back to the EMS Solutions Lab team. Escalate critical issues as appropriate for resolution.

  • Ensures that the operational delivery team is staffed with the best people for the different roles if / when an operation is established.

  • Leads the operations team through the set up phase and until operations are stabilised. Working with the bau operations leadon an effective handover.

  • Takes responsibility for delivering a successful outcome for Operate and the firm on the proposal or new proposition.

  • Transform and run in Finance managed services

  • Contact centre operations

  • AMS [technology managed services]

  • Government and Pharma industries
