*_Here at Willing Care, we are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)/Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) for one of our very established clients. _*

The hospital provides personalised assessments and recovery-based treatments to women with mental health conditions, personality disorders and mild learning disabilities. The service has both low secure wards and a recovery ward rea.

*The role of a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)/Learning Disabilities Nurse within the hospital involves: *

* Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all patients is maintained at the highest possible standard.
* Completing physical/psychological assessments of new patient on admission.
* Creating individualised care plans for patients
* Updating care plans daily.
* Safely administering and recording of medication.
* Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.
* Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.
* Ensuring effective rotas are in place.
* Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individual's needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.

*To be considered for this role: *

* Have a Registered Mental Health (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) Qualification
* Have an active NMC PIN
* Have a clear DBS.
