For Care & Support Workers/Bank Worker (Homecare) we have vacancies in Newport, Freshwater, Ryde and the local community. The hours of work cover early morning, afternoon and early evening calls. Driving licence and access to vehicle required. Some hours are based at our extra care schemes.

Our Support Workers (16+ Single Homeless Pathway) you'll actively promote health and wellbeing to our young residents and those with complex needs, so they can develop independent living skills, remain independent and move on to living within the wider community and prevent future homelessness.

As a Learning Disability worker, at our residential care home in Ryde, you will be providing care and support to residents with a learning disability and autism who live in our "outstanding" rated care home. You will be expected to work over 7 days on a rota basis and also cover sleep-in cover for which an additional payment is made.

As a Cleaner at our schemes in Freshwater and Ryde, you will carry out a high standard of cleaning throughout the scheme, making sure health and safety protocols are followed and areas are kept sanitised, ensuring our residents have a pleasant environment to live in.

As a Support Worker in our Families Support Services, you will work with partner agencies to provide holistic targeted, support services that our family centric, promoting independence and tenancy sustainment.
